Bicycles, bruises and beautiful mountains

[gallery link="file"]Well, yesterday was quite the day for the boys and me. Just as we were getting ready to head out the door to see Lance Armstrong and the Amgen tour ride through our town, Tyler fell and cut his eye. It looked worse than it was and he was pretty tough about it. Of course, as I am consoling him the other kid is jumping up and down trying to show me some toy he made. Being a mom is really a tricky thing sometimes. Anyhoo….we saw the race go by (after an hour and a half of waiting/entertaining the kids) and it was really exciting. Zach loved it and has been talking about it non-stop (literally). I am not a good photographer at all, but here are a few snapshots of the day.
